The Hall Industries Quick Disconnect allows for quick and easy connecting and disconnecting of electric power cables for two traction motors per truck. Four cables are used for each motor. The Quick Disconnect It consists of two parts, a Plug and a Receptacle, clamped together with 2 heavy-duty draw latches. The Receptacle mounts on the underside of the car. The Plug cables are attached to the truck and the Plug clamps to the Receptacle with the draw latches.
