We have experience designing and producing industrial machines, commercial products, and testing equipment that requires integration of multiple technologies, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, control systems, data acquisition, and instrumentation.

We utilize the latest 3D modeling and visualization tools, including PRO/E wildfire, Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 6, and Autodesk Inventor 5. We can provide renderings and animations to meet your design visualization and marketing needs.

We utilize ALGOR finite element analysis software to perform stress, displacement, modal analysis, and event simulation. 3D solid models from PRO/E and Mechanical Desktop can be directly inserted into ALGOR, meshed, and analyzed.

Many of our transit and aviation products have required extensive testing to prove that the design meets the many requirements standard in those industries. From our on-site cold room, corrosion testing setup, impact tester, suspension dyno, 750 ton press, to our I/OTech 512Mbit data acquisition unit and Dasylab software, we have the tools and experience to meet your commercial and industrial product testing needs.

Customers may require replacement of obsolete or off-warranty components and assemblies. We quickly reverse engineer parts and assemblies, creating manufacturing drawings and BOMS, then deliver quality manufactured products.
